More than twelve years in the cheese world taught me how quality is really built: through judgement, relationships, repetition and care.

My earlier life as an actor taught me how to hold a room, ask the useful question and make an audience feel part of the story.

Cellarman brings those things together. Sometimes the result is a strategy, a film or a podcast. Sometimes it is an actual cheese or bottle of cider. I work closely with founders, farmers, makers and mission-led organisations—often as the extra senior pair of hands that turns a knotty idea into clear, compelling work.
