Cellarman is not only about telling other people’s stories. It is also a way of starting new ones—connecting exceptional makers and turning a conversation into something real.
A cider conceived by Sam with legendary Herefordshire cider maker Tom Oliver and blended specifically for farmhouse cheddar—ripe fruit, oak and acidity built to meet the depth of a great cheese.
Developed and blended by Sam Wilkin and Tom Oliver.
A Reblochon-inspired cheese whose rind is washed with Tom’s Yarlington Mill cider. The collaboration began around a kitchen table in Herefordshire and became a distinctive meeting of milk, apples and place.
