Back in 2018 Jonny Crickmore and I chatted for the Cellarman Podcast. We talked about how exciting it would be to show the listener the seasons changing in one place. Wouldn't it be great to get to know the people behind a product?

In late 2021 we launched a brand new series of films showing Fen Farm Dairy as it develops over time, you will meet the people that make this dairy farm in The Waveney Valley so special.

Fen Farm Dairy Episode 1 - OCTOBER

In the first episode of twelve we spend the day with Jonny Crickmore, Cheesemaker and Dairy Farmer. We hear how a rebellious streak led him down the path less trodden towards Baron Bigod, now one of the UK's best loved cheeses. Jonny gives us a first-hand view of his daily life on the farm and we learn of his aspirations for the future. As Autumn begins to take over from Summer we see the seasons change at Fen Farm Dairy.

Fen Farm Dairy Episode 2 - November

In the second episode of twelve we spend the day with Marc King, Head Cheesemaker at Fen Farm Dairy. We see the skill and knowledge involved as well as the graft that goes into making Baron Bigod. We hear how Marc has had to learn fast in his rapid rise to Head Cheesemaker. And finally Autumn really takes hold as we see the seasons change at Fen Farm Dairy.
